Crafty

I finally spent some time in my craft room to make a calendar for Annette. It turned out sooo cute, I can't wait to make one of my own. Coming up with ideas for 31 different magnets was the only tough part of this project.

Girls' Trip to Bellingham

Kimberly, Mom and I went to Bellingham to spend a long weekend with Laurie and Koko. We had such a great time. We flew into Seattle, rented a car and drove to Laurie's house. We put our stuff down and drove over to Lake Padden only about a mile from Laurie's house. We took Koko with us. It is so green and lush...

After Laurie got home we went to do some touring and to dinner. The next day we got up, went to breakfast at The Bagelry, and headed for tulip country. The fields of tulips were so beautiful! First we went to Tulip Town then we went to Roozengard.

After tulip gazing we went to the town of La Conner. We ate fish and chips out on a deck on the water, and enjoyed GREAT shopping!

Sunday we went to tea for lunch and had great tea, sandwiches, desserts and scones. We had such a nice time. That day we also visited Chuckanut Dr., Birch Bay, Larrbee State Park, and Semiahmooo State Park. Kimberly and I were almost washed away by the incoming tide while we were standing on a sand dune, it was pretty funny!
We had such a great trip, I could have stayed a few more days!
