Sunday Dinner

The Missionaries (all four) and the Davis Family came over for dinner Sunday night. The Elders had a little lesson for us... We had to get the water from the plate to the glass without touching the plate, using the paper towel, the coins, and the lighter. We all gave our input and tried, but we were way off!



Elder Dickerson showed us the right way. It was REALLY cool, and since then, my boys have been wanting to light things on fire! The lesson taught us that there is always a way to accomplish what we need to do, even if it seems impossible.




Then they decided to light my table on fire! Just kidding, they were showing us another object lesson, I kept missing the cool part!




We all had a great time!



It was an evening to say farewell to Elder Shakespear, his mission is over, and he is heading home. Elder Shakespear, we will miss you!! Good luck!! We hope to see you in Utah!

Family 5K

Today we ran a 5K on post, we had a great time. It was such a BEAUTIFUL day and many of our branch friends joined us. Some of us ran, some of us walked and some of us "strolled" but we all finished!! We all recieved t-shirts, and chocolate at the end. They do one each month, we are going to try to do each one until we leave.

Something I Will Miss...

We have always enjoyed seeing the Smart Car Tower near the mall.



I understand they have started selling Smart Cars in the U.S. But they're not the only ones we will miss, there are lots of tiny cars around here. I will try to get some pictures of a few.
